Ray Strawley is the General Manager and Certified Executive Chef of the Fountains Wedding & Conference Center.

His Culinary career includes Carnival’s Crystal Palace Hotel, Resort & Casino in the Bahamas, Donald Trump’s Taj Mahal Casino, and The Lobster House among others. Strawley and his staff at the Fountains are exceeding expectations.
